Lettuce Wraps

I feel like I'm getting my cooking groove back! When I wasn't feeling too well during my first trimester, the thought of cooking anything was pretty much repulsive to me. Slowly but surely I'm starting to enjoy cooking again. I used to try to make a new recipe each week and I'm trying to get back into that habbit.

Well last night I made lettuce wraps using a PF Changs recipe I found online. Josh loves PF Changs lettuce wraps. I gave him a disclaimer that the lettuce wraps might not turn out exactly as you remember having them in the restaurant, and I wanted to cover myself just in case I totally screwed it up.
Well, in words of my favorite husband last night, he told me the meal was 4 stars! A+! Exactly like the restaurant! He loved them! I can't even tell you how excited I was the entire night, and even this morning, to know Josh really enjoyed last night's dinner.

    I'll post the recipe soon! It's pretty easy but the prep work is a bit time consuming.

    my favorite husband has also recently discovered his love for lettuce wraps. i'll check back religiously for the prescription.
