Sharing the news with our parents

Josh and I really wanted to do something special for our parents to announce our pregnancy, especially since we knew it would be a total surprise for them. I randomly came across this website at work (while I should have been working) and we decided to have onesies made for our parents. The website is http://www.makeaonesie.com/. The website is super cute and very easy to make a custom onesie or even make a custom t-shirt for very reasonable prices.

I was really excited we learned we were pregnant right around Christmas time so we could give these onesies to our parents as part of their gifts. We rolled the oneseie up and put in a cute, fuzzy, red Christmas stocking and then wrapped them for our parents. At first, my mother thought it was a pair of underware rolled up. Easy mistake, but you can imagine her surprise when she discovered what it really was. Now my mother carries this around with her so she can show people she hasn't told we are pregnant yet.

  1. It was such a wonderful moment to see family members open it up, and also to see people's faces when the realized what it was! Especially since everyone realized it at different times!

I think the best was Aunt Nat's - she realized pretty quickly what it was and quickly dropped it in disbelief, as if her new knowledge had sent an electric shock from the onesie! Priceless!

Love you, Buff! I'm so happy for you!
